Hi, Iam just wondering that the value of tensile stress, ft, of concrete, required for tensile behaviour input shall be around 5% to 12% of its compressive strength (fc). However, the result from the analysis showed that the value of tensile stress gives far too low to about 0.11% of its fc in order to match with the experimental results and theoretical values. My query it that if this figure (0.11% of fc) is acceptable or not for Concrete Damaged Plasticity analysis. Many thanks for any feedbacks.
