Terzaghi and Peck Bearing Capacity Values

There are two charts for BC estimation from the above authors. They seem different. What are the difdderences and which one should be used.

The classical chart is the 1st one. The second seems to be a safer more conservative simnplification, that would give lesser settlement when related to the 1st approach. Other than that both seem to use uncorrected SPT values.
