Anyone know if there is a database of the old terzhagi lectures available anywhere?

I've been able to find the Rankine Lectures as well as free copies of the pre-2003 lectures here:
But so far no luck even finding a list of the historical Terzhagi Lectures

Years ago - ASCE published all the lectures up to ? year. I have the volume. Perhaps one can write to ASCe or the Geo group and request. The one I particularly like is the 38th by Vic Milligan (2003)

- lists all the lectures, authours and titles
