Testing Of 24" ANSI 150# Rating Butterfly Valve

Hi All,

In the absence of a test bench and limitations for use of a test flange, I would appreciate if anyone can share a design/photo of an attachment that can be bolted on 24" or similar size Butterfly Valve for performing seat leakage and hydrotesting without touching the wafer in the fully open position.

If doesn't have a flanged test bench for testing a wafer butterfly valve, how about making a hydraulic cylinder bench with an O-ring seal for testing the valve seat and body hydro?
