TESTING OF CAPACITORS

Hello !
I want to know how i can test shunt capacitors used in a 6 KV motor of 4000 KW.

The first test (if it is possible) is to see if they are warm when the motor is running and if they are equally warm.
Warm is normal, cold or cool indicates a failed unit.
