I recently joined a company and I joined in the middle of a very expensive testwork that was about to be performed. The problem is that my boss wanted this testwork to go on but some superiors not his direct superiors did not want the testwork to proceed. I was given the task of motivating for the testwork since I was new and I wanted to be on good books with my boss I decided to produce the best motivation I could, in the end we (my boss and I) emerged victorias and the testwork commenced. The problem I have is that the lab performing the testwork is very mediocre which I was not aware of. Don't tell me I should have inspected the lab because I did and the lab had performed testwork for the company before I joined. My problem is that I cant even interpret the results. Can someone give me a hint of analysing laboratory data so that at least I can save my boss and myselfbecause the superios don't want to believe in the testwork and all they want to see is for the testwork to fail
