Text attribute link 1

Hello guys:

I'm working on catia 2D drawing. When I want to assign a parameter into text, I search the solution on google.

Then I find a horrible thing, I can't find "attribute link" when i right click on my text. Does anybody have idea on it? Or I need a specific license to use it?

No special license needed.
RMB outside of the text window.

It's written in point 3 of the scepter:

Right-click anywhere in the drawing (whether or not the text is empty), and select Attribute Link from the contextual menu. The Insert Text Attribute dialog box is displayed. It is empty for the moment.
