text in a sketch

Can you let me know if there is a way to put text into a sketch, ie an instruction on how to use parts of the sketch

I'd put the sketch on a specific layer, then go into Drafting application, turn OFF the dwg and orient the XY plane to the same plane as your sketch and start inserting text. Sketch and text reside on same layer. If users do not wish to see text (because it will be visible at all times) they can shut off that particular layer.

There's also a 'Comment' column in the Expression editor which can be used to provide instructions and/or caveats, at least with respect to how particular expressions can be used.
