Textile Elongation Test on the processing line

Hello,

I have been looking around but can't find what I'm after or don't know what's the best keyword to search. I'm looking for a system or mechanism that could test the elongation of fabrics are they are coming out of the processing machine. Traditionally you cut a small sample and bench test it on a stress/strain test. But I want to bypass this step and measure the elongation of textiles on the machine.

Is anyone aware of such a mechanism or can give me some directions to go to?
