I'm down in drafting.
I have to add text + leader with the partname of the assembly member is there a way to automize it? only to pick the component and the text is getting the selected part_name.

Yes, that would work, except that the notes which would be created would not be 'associative' in the sense that if someone modified the name of the component, they would not automatically update.

How about using Parts List and Autoballoon?

You can set the Main Symbol Text as "Part Name" (select from dropdown of MB3->Style of Parts List).

Hey, but I am getting the callout symbol along with Part name, even after setting it to "none".

I've noticed that despite the fact that there IS an option for 'None' when it comes to defining the Symbol, that the system will toggle it back ON. Now whether this is a bug or just that fact that it can't be 'none' to make it work, I don't know. However, starting in NX 7.5 an additional option has been added titled 'Underscore' which does give what might be considered an acceptable result (see attached image).
