Hello :)
i am trying to simulate the seepage analysis through seep/w geostudio. The dam i am studing has an chimney filter and a drainage with a concrete pipe in it. after entering in the system on drainage the water is collected and goes inside the concrete pipe, in the soft the first boundary condition is easily determined, its the water surface in the upstream face, but the other one in the downstream, it's a bit confused , because when i select as a boundary condition the region of concrete pipe, the phreatic line doesn't go around the concret pipe, but it gets discontinued. i tried both of the boundary conditions type, the one with zero pressure and the one with potential seepage face, but i am not convinced.
