Any other states have the title/exam for a Geotechnical Engineer? Thanks

PA, USA has a Civil exam, under which you choose one of five Depth exams. One of those Depth exams is Geotech. But I believe this is a national NCEES thing, not something PA does itself.

As for the license, PA does not differentiate PE's by discipline. My license and seals simply say "Professional Engineer". There is no way that I know of to even determine that I am Civil, much less Water Resources; or that the PE down the hall is Electrical.

Remember: The Chinese ideogram for “crisis” is comprised of the characters for “danger” and “opportunity.”
