I think you need to go back to the manufacturerer on this one . The grip would be the length minus T, but since you would want to specify the grip, that should be the driving dimension.

The grip length of aerospace bolts is the one item that is not called out on the chart drawing. It is normally added as an additional dash number at the end of the part number and is called out in 16ths of an inch (-8 would have a grip length of .500"). This way you can have a multitude of different grip length covered on a single page.

Thanks for your comments, B.E.
What's that means of "Grip in 1/16 increments" on page 3 Note 6.
Thanks again

So, -3 means 3 X 1/16 =.1875, am I right?

the dash 3 after the 95818 designates 3 x 1/16 which is the diameter of the bolt and not the grip length. From the chart on page 3, it shows that more information is required to further identify whether there is a cross hole drilled in the head or not and then followed by another number representing X x 1/16 indicating the grip length.
example 95818-3-1 or 95818-3H1. The last number 1 indicates the grip length in both examples and the dash or H designates no drilled holed or drilled hole in the head of the bolt. The 95818-3 is not a full specification of the part.
