Can anyone know where can I find the most update list of the price of the raw materials, such as stainless steel 316, 304 and cast iron, etc. Thanks a lot.

I do some casting with different alloy. Just want to know which material is more than the others. Thanks a lot.

In the descending order CF8M,CF8 and cast iron. CF 8M should be 6.5$/kilo, CF8 4.5-5$ and cast iron 0.8$ -0.9$.These are for sand castings, without NDT and machining charges added.

Thx arunmrao,

Where can you find this information? Have a nice day.

Unless things in the steel markets have settled out recently, The prices seem to fluctuate almost hourly. China is buying a huge chunk of the world's steel output as well as a large percentage of the scrap that is on the market, as a result, steel supply is spotty and usually overpriced. Quotes that used to be good for 30 days are now only good for between 5 and 15 days. Therefore any data you get could very well be out of date by the time you get it.
