The safe angular velocity for the direction reversal

Hi,

I know when I want to change the rotating direction of a Brushless DC motor, I have to wait until its speed drops down to slow speed near zero. I'd like to know if the data sheet of the BLDC will give me this information? what is the safe speed for the direction reversal?
