The undeformed and deformed path 1

when we extract data using path in visualization module, which model shape we should chose and more precise? undeformed or deformed one??
What is the difference between undeformed and deformed one ?

I assume that you are talking about Abaqus. I usually choose the "undeformed" option. With the "deformed" setting Abaqus takes into account the deformed shape of the model when interpreting the locations of the points making the path specified by coordinates.
