thermal cycling test

Hello everyone,
I'm a beginner for Abaqus and this forum, I'm trying to simulate multiple cycle of thermal cycling test using Abaqus, and wondering if there is an easy way to make multiple cycles instead of creating a bunch of steps. Does anybody know if subroutine could do that?
