Thermal-Mechanical Equations

I have been looking through the documentation for the theory i.e. the general PDE's, used to solve coupled thermal-mechanical problems. Thus far I have had no luck in locating this information and have only found information on coupled thermal-electrical analysis. Does anyone know if these equations are in the documentation and where they are located?

any book on the finite element analysis has those equations. i recommend bhatti, beginning finite element analysis and advanced finite element analysis.
also try element overview, if there is something about the formulation.
