Thermal stress testing of glass in LA

Outside of ATI in Fresno, is there a test agency local to Los Angeles that provides measurement of temperatures of a test structure due to sun exposure to allow for input of that data into FEA for thermal stresss calcs? Also direct strain gauges measurements for verification of that data.

Thanks. Contacted Lake Forest and it looks like Fresno is the one place this particular test could be done.
