Thermal Study Help Needed! Initial Temperature from thermal study time step always goes to '1'

Hello, I apologize if this has been discussed in the past but my searches did not turn up anything.

I am running a set of transient thermal studies, and I would like Study 2 to use the temp profile results from Study 1 etc.

I see the check box for "Initial Temperature from thermal study' box, and have it checked. I see where I can select Study 1 from the drop down. I then enter in the final time step (1600) of Study 1 in the Time Steps box and run the simulation. When I observe the results the initial temp is the same as the initial temp of Study 1, and when I review the study options menu, the Time Steps box is set back to "1" where I had entered "1600", it won't save the time step number and always uses "1" for the time step.

Everything else in the menu works (total time, time increment, etc).

Am I missing something in saving the results of Study 1 or something? I've tried that, but the drop down does not appear to access saved results files, just current study names.

Thanks,
=stan

Ok, so I got it to work by decreasing the value in the Time Steps box by 1, so for 1600 time steps I set the value to 1599 etc. However, I noticed that if you press 'enter' or the check box to close the Properties window then re-open the Properties window it will not always save the value (as described above) in that case, decreasing the Time Step one more increment (i.e. 1598) would sometimes save the value and the run would complete as expected.

It is inconsistent and frustrating, but I did get it to work.
