Thermo-mechanical control process (TMCP)

When is required that all plates shall be supplied using the thermo-mechanical control process (TMCP), automatically the supply status of the material will be the type thermomechanically?
If it instead the plates to be transformed into pipes, instead talking about Thermomechanically rolled? Is it correct?
