Dear All,

Our company has decided to integrate more and more piping made from thermoplastic materials. For this reason I am busy with the development of design guidelines, which can be used for project applications.
After a lot of searching all kind of resources, I lost completely the overview.
Does anybody has a good engineering document regarding the use of thermoplastic piping? (e.g. used by engineering companies or EPCM’s)

Best regards,

GdL

Hello John, Sjones and Steve,

Thanks to you all for this prompt reply.
Indeed the plasticpipe.org website is a good point to start and I have discovered already a lot of good information over there.

The document that John has uploaded is indeed the kind of specifications where I am looking at. Al other more detailed informations regarding plastic piping is still helpfull (indetailed information about sewer systems/welding & joining/pipe classes/fire water systems, QA&QC/testing procedures, etc.)

If some of you should have more information or examples of project specifications, this should be very helpfull.

Thanks you all again for all the help.

Gino
