Greetings to evreyone of you.
We are doing a thickness measurement for controlling gas containers for domestic use (normally for cooking). We have a standard where it is stated that "All containers which external diameter exceed 152.4 mm (6 in.) shall have a minimum wall thickness not less than 1.98 mm (5/64 in.)......"
Under this condition, if we found that a cylinder has just one point (We are taking 64 points per cylindre) less than the minimum requiered thickness above mentioned it shall be rejected because th estandard doesn´t mention average, or a percent of all measurement taken as people somtimes think.
