Thread center mark appears on non-threaded holes (Pocket feature)?

My drawing has a few threaded holes, but many other holes within the part are not threaded and where simply created with the pocket feature. All the drawing views that look parallel to the holes, show them has a threaded feature...center mark with a hidden line circle. If I uncheck the "Thread" box on the view properties, they all disappear. Why are they showing is this manner? Is this a bug? My corporation is still using R23.
