Thread Forms for Drill Rod

Hi,
I'm trying to find a detailed drawing of the thread form desiginated as:
2 1/4" Straightline Pin & Box.
Does anyone know where I can find this info?? I'm trying to fabricate a sub (adapter) using this thread.
