I experienced the same error for the simple wooden walls i drawn. Even i opened some sample verification problems available and there i got same issue

Is the top floor a sloped roof?

Alternatively, do some of the floors fail to line up perfectly along that particular wall?

Also, what version of RISAFloor are you using? That looks like the older interface. I thought they would have updated RISAFloor by now.
