Hello. I want to make the same mesh as this post for a pipe with two 90 degree elbows (almost a U-shape). Can anyone help me with this? I'm amateur. Please tell me step by step. I'd be very thankful.

Meshing is an art; following a recipe for one geometry is not the preferred way to learn it. You will benefit most by investing a few days (or more, if required) on simply learning how to mesh using whichever pre-processor you have available. This investment will pay significant dividends for a long time to come.
