When I create threaded holes in parts, the size of hole is messed up. For instance, I'll create holes with the different thread specification, but I can see that the holes are the same size in the model. Using the measure tool shows that the holes have the same diameter. Is there a way to fix this? and will it matter when I create drawings?

I am not sure I fully understand this.
In Inventor R8SP1 I created a block and put three 10mm holes in it. Then I added three different threads - one to each hole. In the drawing I got three complete circles each with a different size partial circle outside it representing the threads. These partial circles are different in size as expected and in each case the Thread note shows the correct hole specification.

If I have missed something could you let me know

I'm using INV7. When I model a part, and I use the hole tool to create a hole with threads, holes that should be of different sizes measure the same using the measure tool.
