Threaded rod couplers

Can anyone point me in the direction of an ASTM or ASME specification for A36 threaded rod couplers? Would these fall under the applicable hex nut standard (e.g. ASTM A563)? I've taken a look at the A563 standard but didn't see anything that mentioned bar couplers.

A36 sleeve nuts should work, see page 4-150 of AISC Manual of Steel Construction, 9th Ed., ASD. I assume they are shown in the LRFD manual also.

Sleeve nuts became "famous" as one way that the design of Regency Hyatt walkways in Kansas City could have been safely constructed.
