Threads to specify in V5

how do you add a new list of threads to use under the "Thread/Tap Definition" icon?
Its asking for a text file but what is the text file supposed to contain and in what layout?
I'm trying to make a list of all the standard UNJ thread profile information per MIL-S-8879. Is this list already available?
Also when i do add a thread to a specific diameter, the representation of the threaded diameter is wrong when it is shown on the CATDrawing. The height of the thread is not correct, it is way too high cutting too deep into the part from the outside diameter i use.
