thrust blocks for pipe

Hi

I need to design a thrust block for a 400 OD SDR17 PE with 45 degree bend, 123 l/s at a pressure of 1.5 bar. I never design a thrust block before I would appreciate if somebody can point me in the right direction.

The use of megalug type restraints instead of thrust blocks would provide an easier, more predictable and safer installation.
