hello everybody,
Does anybody know, while measuring TI according to EN 13201 in formula TI=65*L[sub]v[/sub]/L[sub]av[/sub][sup]0.8[/sup]. Is L[sub]av[/sub] average luminance measured at x=-60m or at x = the position of the observer?
