I’m currently in the process of doing a project on tidal turbines. The turbine in question is the 1.2mw SeaGen in Strangford Lough, Northern Ireland. SeaGen was created by a company called Marine Current Turbines, and apart from their website I’m having difficulty finding information about it.
This is a relatively new subject to me and all information would help i.e.: how they work, how the tidal cycle works, energy equations for the turbines and any other similar projects.
Does anyone know of any websites or books that would help?
Thanks
