Timber Tongue and Groove Decking as a diaphragam

Would like to, rather the architect would like to use timber trusses on 6' centers with a 2 1/2" tongue and groove timber deck on top of the deck. Additionally I understand that if 1/2" or greater plywood is additionally nailed to the decking the shear capacity increases. Where can one find any information on this configuration re diaphragm action, flexibility/stiffness, deflection, etc? Thanks.

Yes have collected all those references and read all those threads over time. Guess once you get past gravity loads that's it for heavy timber decking, lateral loads, diaphragm action are no goes, religating heavy timber decking to an expensive architectural feature. Was just hoping for some new research and testing that might have been conducted. Guess the wood industry feels that it's an issue not worth persuing. They would know. Certainly not worth the work/time/money/effort of trying to get a Building Official on board, pardon the pun.
