Hi,
My professional registration renewal CEng is due early on next year. A minimum number of CPD hours must be documented.
Have gathered about 65% CPD to document technical knowledge core skills (self-learning, online courses, project, etc.). This should be fine.
But I miss extra CPD's on soft skills competences:
- Leadership,responsibility & management
- Communication & interpersonal skills
- Professional commitment
Not so much time left.
I am considering to put forward 2 weeks of workshop working on soft skills, transferable skills and interview skills?
Would this fly? Any orientations? Anyone went through this already (CEng via UK-SPEC or equivalent)?
