Tips on OLE and Microsoft Excel

Dear Folks;

Does anyone know of a good resource for learning how to insert excel spreadsheet tables into autocad drawings ?

While this is as easy to do as copy and paste, I often have problems such as only having a portion of the spreadsheet displayed. I have tried adjusting font sizes in excel, which helps but there seems to be no consistency to how the spreadsheet gets inserted.

I have looked through autocad help but it shows nothing on the subject. All I need is a good place to learn the basics so I can put tables into my drawings reliably and consistently.
