Titanium grade 2 1

I hope I have posted this in the right section.

I have been look for some titanium grade 2 in diameters bar (33m of 16mm and 45m of 25mm) but it needs to the following “Material manufacturer must operate a QA system certified by a recognized EU competent body”

Which is proving to very difficult to obtain, has anyone got a contact in the UK or EU which would be able the provide me with the material.

This may get a better answer in the CEN / ECN (eu standards) Code Issues section.
Finding an MFR that can deliver what you require is 1 thing, understanding whats being said in your quoted phrase is a second (and may help you better).
Is this a PED related issue?
