I'm designing a small (>.625") diameter relief valve for use in a salt water environment and need it to retain as much mechanical strength and surface finish (it will be a sealing surface via o-rings) as possible. Recommendations for a specific titanium or other material (or coatings).

Inconel 725 will provide corrosion resistance, strength and minimize gall potential.

It'll be ti(?) to PVC or delrin so there will be no metel to metal contact.

thanks for the help folks
