Title Block default settings

SolidWorks 2017. Is there a way to change the default settings for weight in title blocks? For example, I have a part that weighs 5.40 lbs. I'd like to drop the decimal places and round up to the nearest pound (6 lbs). How can I do this? Thanks.

On a side note: if your part weighs 5.40 lbs, the nearest pound will be 5 lbs. To make it 6 lbs you may need to directly override the value.
