Title block in Solid Edge

I am working on a .dft file in solid edge and I have gone to the background tab under View and set the Title Block details for all sheet sizes there in the four tabs A4-Sheet, A3-Sheet etc.

But when I return to the working drawing the Title Block details don't reflect there. If I print from the Working Drawing I get the default details in the title block. If I print from any of the other tabs I get the right details in the Title Block but an empty drawing.

How can I fix this?

For the working sheet have you set it to be one of the sheet size & background you created?

I think right click on the working sheet tab to bring up the window you need.
