Titus DESP VAV single duct box

I had my first site visit today and about 40 out of 85 VAV boxes (cooling with hot water reheat) are upside down although the airflow direction is correct.I couldn't locate the Sheet Metal techs for an answer.
Can anybody tell me what characteristic airflow I can expect?
Can I compensate the mistake with the DDC controls?

Have talked with Titus about this? They may have seen it before.

Titus is ok with it as long as control elements, Back draft Dampers and other accessories are re-attached in the correct position for operation.
