I want the system to default to showing the available post processors, from a location on the server,what is the easiest way?
I don't mind editing the system files if its easier than creating some custom defaults.

I could probably figure it out myself, but i've just started a new job, and the place is really rushed, so i'm not given time to sort anything out, any help would be much appreciated

you can edit the template_post.dat file
this is located in the G:\software\UGS\NX 5.0\MACH\resource\postprocessor (on my system)

Her you can enter the Directory path for the .tcl and .def file. These should be in the same folder.

For exmaple
maxnc,R:\maxnc\maxnc.tcl,R:\maxnc\maxnc.def

In the ugii_env.dat set next line to the path of your server:
# This is where postprocessor .tcl .def and .pui files are located
UGII_CAM_POST_DIR=${UGII_CAM_RESOURCE_DIR}postprocessor\

Kind regards, Bert
