To read data from word file and transfer it to outlook contacts

Hello:

I have a big MS Word file with data written in following way

Designation: BA, MA
Chapter: VANCOUVER ISLAND
Member type: Corporate_Employee
email: XXXXXXXX@shaw.ca
Organization Type: CONSULTING

I have to transfer that to Contacts feature of Outlook express

Please tell me can I write a program which reads the data from word file and transfer it to appropriate blocks in the Contacts feature of Outlook Express

I am interested in MATLAB because this is the only software I have access to right now
