to run frja software in 64 Bit windows OS

please advise , we failed to communicate with freja 300 by it's software under windows 7 64 Bit , is there any way to do that

It worked on Windows Vista or Windows XP?

Sorry, I didn't finish...

If it worked on XP, find the executable file (*.exe)for your program. Right click on it and choose Properties. Find the compatibility tab. Choose the compatibility for Windows XP Service Pack 3 (or earlier if needed). At the bottm, choose Run as Administrator. Click OK and try it again.
