Toilet/Kitchen Exhaust in NYC

Hello, I would like to kindly ask the following question:
1. Can it be offset at a transfer floor plenum? If so is there a limit as to the horizontal turn it can not exceed?

Here is what I do:
- thoroughly research all applicable codes (that can be many)
- if I don't find a suitable answer, I contact JHA with what I already looked at and ask them for clarification. Detailing what you came up with independently and sketches etc. will help.
