Does anyone have opinions on SW Tolanalyst utility?
Can I get a trial somewhere?

TolAnalysis comes in 2008 as part of DimXpert. To try it, you'll need 2008. While I've only used it for demos, I've found it to work well. At the very least, it's going to help you see potential tolerance stack-ups.

I believe it only comes with SW Premium. A high price to pay if you don't need CosmosWorks or CosmosMotion.

Does anyone know if it is possible to get is as an individual add-on?

Good point, Dustin, it is only in premium. I don't know if you can get it as an add-on, though I kind of doubt it.

I have it but haven't put it to use yet. I downloaded the tutorials and demo files to go through the demo and see what I get out of that.

Started reading the demo and said you have to be proficient at DimXpert before you learn TolXpert so I'm now reading the DimXpert tutorial.
