Hi Obturator & Others,

Please guide on below query, have a look on the attached pic.

where to do you get the MAX tolerance limit for this, is it from unspecified general tolerance ?

Unspecified tolerance for the attached is ± 0.015 . What will be the max limit?

Thanks in advance.

Min/ Max Allowed size with that stated dimension and tolerance = 6.735 to 6.765

Per ISO-4126, only the term Safety Valve is used regardless of application or design.

Hari Mech,

as per your image, the lower value should not go below 6.75 which means already the the lower limit value is fixed (Which is φ6.75)...

second thing, based on the component you can be fixed your upper limit as you want....

So generally the value with tolerance will be like φ6.75 (+0.015 / -0.000)....

or else if you're going to follow the unspecified tolerance, the tol. value is applicable in plus side...

There is no upper limit. Didn't you already post this somewhere else?
