Tolerance question?

See the attached image. How would you dimension the top faces of this part to ensure faces are kept level relative to each other?

Would you use a parallel geometrical constraint or just linear dimension each face from the base?

Do the faces need to be parallel to each other, or do they need to all be at the same elevation?
