Tool Bar Location

I'm currently using Wildfire 3.0. I would like to get my tool bars to the bottom of the screen. Currently I have only three options, right, top and left. Is there away?????

I'm getting a stiff neck.

Please help me on this one.

Adjust monitor/chair height for ergonomic comfort. Move Pro/E informational lines to top of screen. Never look down again.
