Tool Palettes & Groups Exporting

Good Morning All:
I have created a Tool Palette Group in AutoCAD MEP 2012 and have been trying to Export it so that I can share it individually with others in my office.
I have tried several ways of doing this: per AutoCAD Help feature, suggestions from others, so far without success.
The version from the AutoCAD self Help feature had the option to "Export Palettes" missing from the drop down in the program itself.

Any ideas?
